Jumprope.com — Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Jumprope.com. These Terms and Conditions govern and apply to any order you place with, or products and/or services you receive from, Jumprope.com through this website or otherwise, including, without limitation, the 100 Jumps a Day iOS App (“App”).

By placing an order with Jumprope.com, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are 13–17 years old, you may only purchase and use our products under parent or guardian supervision.

If you do not agree, please do not order or use our products or services.

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our site or products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Orders and Availability

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion if customer conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, or our business interests.
If a product becomes unavailable or is listed incorrectly (e.g., price or description), we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Shipping

All orders ship from the United States.
We make every effort to fulfill orders promptly after receiving payment. Shipping times vary by location.

Free U.S. standard shipping is available on orders over $200.
Customers are responsible for import duties or taxes on international orders.

App Use and License

The 100 Jumps a Day App is free to use and designed to complement your Jumprope.com experience.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the App for commercial purposes. You must also comply with all applicable App Store or Google Play terms.

App Social Features and User Content

The App may allow you to connect with friends, join leaderboards, and share your progress.

By submitting content (e.g., usernames, comments, or results), you grant Jumprope.com a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with the App.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for any violation of our community guidelines, including offensive or discriminatory behavior.

Safety Information

Jump ropes are intended for fitness and recreational use only.
To reduce injury risk:

  • Inspect your rope before each use.

  • Jump in a clear, open space.

  • Wear proper athletic shoes.

  • Avoid wrapping ropes around your body.

  • Supervise children; jump ropes are not toys.

Stop using immediately if your rope or handles show signs of wear or damage.

Product Care

To extend the life of your rope:

  • Use on smooth, non-abrasive surfaces (avoid concrete/asphalt).

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight or sharp objects.

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth — no chemicals or soaking.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Jumprope.com or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or misuse.
Total liability shall not exceed the product’s purchase price.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Virginia Beach, Virginia, under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jumprope.com.
If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
We may assign our rights or obligations at any time.
No waiver is valid unless in writing.
