Cinnamon
Cheese (Optional)
First cut the Zucchini very thin slices

Brush the oven's pan with a little oil then place the Zucchini in the pan

To the oven in a high temperature until they are lightly browned

Cut the onions then move them to the pan with tbsp of oil, until softened

add the beef,then salt,black pepper,cinnamon,tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of water,let it boil low heat

Bechamel sauce:3 tbsp of oil,3 tbsp of flour,2 1/2 cups of milk,salt and black pepper,mix to boil

Beef mix is ready,let's set the pan

Add the cheese then to the oven at 450f until the top is browned
