Line & spray a 9x13. Preheat oven to 350f.

Mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg.

Beat butter, oil, white sugar.

Add eggs, then vanilla. Those yolks - wow. Good job girls!

Add dry mix. Your batter may not be this golden colored. It’s the yolks.

Fold in zucchini. That’s a lot! It’s why this cake is so moist.

Bake about 30-35 minutes or until cake tester pulls clean.

My go-to all purpose cream cheese frosting. A 5 MINUTE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Top with pecans or walnuts if desired. Slice & serve. Dangerously delicious stuff. Coffee anyone?
