Baby Arugula
250 g
Baby Portobello Mushrooms, quartered
1 tsp, plus more to taste
Salt
1 c
Cooked Quinoa
Add veggies to a baking sheet with olive oil, za’atar, salt and pepper. Roast at 200 C for 40 mins
