Start with a wide leg child’s pose. Hold it and breathe deeply.

Sit up and grab your arms behind your back. Stretch your back and look up.

Go into Sphinx pose. Make sure to breathe deeply.

Go into downward dog. Stand on your toes and gently pedal your legs.

Get on all fours. Stretch your arms out to the side. Make sure to focus on your breathe.

Go into a figure four stretch. Pull in your leg to stretch your hips. Switch and repeat.

Gently forward fold over your legs. Breathe deeply.

Put your legs in a V shape and lie down. Then focus on your breathing and relax.
