Stand on your knees shoulder width apart. Untuck your toes and lay the tops of your feet flat.

Place your hands on your lower back with your fingers pointing down. Tuck your elbows in.

Press your hips forward

Take a deep inhale and gaze up and back. You can breathe in and out in this pose w/your mouth open.
