Bring back knee down to the mat. Press hips forward.

Walk right foot out, rolling it out and pressing your knee away.

Bring right knee to right wrist. Support hip if necessary for pigeon pose.

Bring feet outside of hipbone with toes turned out.
5
Lengthen spine and release gluts toward floor in garland pose.
