Lift your left leg high, Bend the left knee
Open your hips by tipping the left foot towards the right floor
Lift the left hand off the floor as you continue to reach left foot to the floor
Open your body so your chest faces the ceiling and reach your left arm as long as you can
Congrats, you are now in Wild Thing.
To come out Twist your body back the way you came or sit

Take the top leg backwards to the floor
Lift hips and bring the top arm reaching back
Hold for 5 breaths building up to 10 breaths each side
Release down into sitting
