What you’ll need
Whole Wheat Flour
Milk of your choice
For frying pan
Combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
Create a well. Add eggs, whisk. Add milk. Whisk until all dry and wet ingredients are combined.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Add 1/4 cup whole wheat pancake batter to the pan.
Cook until a “crust” forms then flip. Repeat with remaining batter.
