Buttermilk

Baking powder

Baking soda
First crush the oats finely

Divide the egg whites and the Yolks in different bowls

Start mixing the egg whites for 5 minutes until they are completely fluffy and fill of air

Now add all the dry ingredients together give it a mix

Salt,butter,buttermilk all add it to the Yolks,mix them well then to the dry ingredient's bowl

Now add the fluffy egg whites to the mixture and lightly combine them

Pour the mixture into a nonstick pan,no butter needed,will be enough for 7 to 10 pancakes

Be creative and add Chocolate chips for your little ones

Or keep it healty and add a dried fruits and nuts
