2 cloves (minced)

1 (finely diced)
Shallot
1 (finely diced, optional)
Jalapeño Pepper

1/4 cup (loosely packed, roughly chopped)
Fresh Cilantro
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
11/2 teaspoons
Cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons
Chili Powder
4 cups (roughly chopped)
Kale
2 cups (cooked & shredded)
Turkey Breast
1 15-ounce can (drained)
Cannellini Beans
1 cup
Vegetable Stock
1 cup
Whole Milk
2 tablespoons (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)
Corn Starch
Can be made mild too!

Prep the turkey and vegetables. Whisk together the cornstarch and water.

Heat olive oil on medium. Add garlic, shallot, jalapeño pepper...

...cilantro, salt, cumin, & chili powder. Cook 2-3 minutes until vegetables are softened.

Add the kale. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes until it starts to wilt.

Stir in turkey, beans, stock, milk & corn starch slurry. Raise heat & cook 3-4 min until thickened.

Omit jalapeño or remove seeds for a mild version.

Garnish with cheese, avocado, sour cream, cilantro, or however you prefer.

For spicier chili, leave the seeds in the pepper and add more sliced peppers for garnish.
