What you’ll need
2 TBS to water and 2 to Turn
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Long Grain Rice
Start with adding 10 cups of water to your pot. Let it boil.
In the meantime, you will get a supermarket shopping bag and turn it inside out and get it wet.
Once it's boiling, you will want to add 6 cups of Rice. Let the water dry up.

Once the water has dried up you will, turn the rice with a spoon, and then put the wet shopping bag
side with the logo turned away from the rice) to cover the entire rice. Lower heat to 2-3.
Cover the pot and wait about 25-30 minutes to make sure that the rice will open up.
After 25 to 30 minutes, we will uncover the rice, carefully to not burn yourself with the vapor.
You will turn the rice and add 2 spoonfuls (not completely to the top, and turn in circular
movements to separate the rice from the edges. This will help the rice to be more grained.
Close the lid and wait another 5 minutes in lower hit and the rice is READY TO EAT!
