Add white beans & chicken broth to a blender and blend until smooth

Heat olive oil in a deep pan and sauté onion, garlic & green chiles

Add in ground chicken and cook until no longer pink

Stir in cumin, chili powder, coriander, oregano, salt & pepper

Stir in corn, cilantro, white beans & puréed beans and simmer

Make the pumpkin cornbread topping: whisk an egg, honey, oil, almond milk & pumpkin purée

Stir in flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt

Pour cornbread topping over the chili mixture, spread evenly, top with jalapeño slices & bake
