What you’ll need
Aerial Silk
Climb the silk, straddle, and grab the silk with your right leg.

With left hand, wrap silk around your body, between legs and pike.

Hook silk with left leg and with right hand, bring silk around and between legs again.

Pike again and grab silk with right leg. Point left leg to the ground.

You are ready to wheel down! Remember to lift your torso and grab the silk with both hands.

Straighten your legs and use your arms as shown to lower yourself.

Wheel down!

At the end, hook the silk with right leg to finish the move!

Alternate version: double wrap!

Full movement with silk wrapped twice around waist!

The double wrap is best for beginners to this move.
