What you’ll need
1 large head
Iceberg Lettuce
2-3
Thinly Sliced Radishes
1/2 cup
Buttermilk
1 cup
Feta Crumbles
1/4 of 1 medium
Watermelon
1/2 pint
Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
1/3 cup
Chopped Chives

Persian Cucumbers
1/4 cup
Mayo
1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice
3/4 teaspoon
Sumac
Slice 1 head of iceberg lettuce into about 5 1-inch-thick rounds, and place each on a small plate

Slice 1/4 of a medium watermelon into 5 1-inch-thick slices. Set aside.

Large-dice 2 Persian cucumbers, and place in a bowl

Large dice about 1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes (2 romas), and add to the cucumbers

Thinly slice a couple radishes, and add to the tomato and cucumber

Make the dressing: place 1/2 cup buttermilk in a bowl

Add 1/4 cup mayo

Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Add 1/4 teaspoon salt

Add half of 1/3 cup chives (reserve half for garnish)

Add half of 1 cup crumbled feta (reserve half for garnish)

Stir together, breaking up big pieces of feta

Assemble: iceberg, dressing, watermelon, more dressing, veggies, feta, chives, and sumac
