What you’ll need
Manduka PROlite Yoga Mat
Shift back & forth from downdog to updog. Use your core as you move though.
Open up your hips and shoulders in a low lunge. Grab a hold of opposite elbows
Open up your hamstrings with half splits, full splits or standing splits
Pulse in chair pose to warm up legs. Grab a hold of opposite elbows to continue to open up shoulders
From downdog, begin to tip forward and back for momentum. Use your core to kick heels up.
