This warmup will performed with bent or soft knees also know in dances as a “Plié”
Start with big head circles in on direction. Careful to support your neck as the head tilts back.
Side view: 3-5 head rolls each direction
Shoulder rolls, elbow circles, and arm circles.
Side View: 3-5 rolls/circles forward and back
Torso: isolate the ribs horizontally side to side, then forward and back, finally in circles.
Side View: 3-5 isolations/circles each direction
Hips: side to side, forward and back, circles
Side View: 3-5 times each direction
Plié in parallel, Plié with feet turned out. 2nd round let the torso melt forward over the legs.
Circle the head, add the shoulders, upper torso, full torso, and lastly arms. Reverse to return.
Side view. Knees stay supple and soft
