What you’ll need
1 Yellow Onion Diced
3 Cups Of Torn And Toasted Bread
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Cup Diced Carrot
1 Cup Of Torn Shiitake Mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Diced Celery
1/2 Cup Vegetable Stock
Heat sauce pan with olive oil and onions
Add carrots, celery, and mushrooms
Sauté until onions and celery become translucent, and carrot and mushrooms are cooked through.
On a sheet tray combine toasted bread, sautéed vegetables, salt and pepper.
Using your hands, combine
Place vegetable and breadcrumb mixture into a casserole dish
Add vegetable stock on top
Set oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20 min.
Remove from oven and serve
