1 tablespoon Turmeric
Cooked Quinoa
2 cans
2 cans Black Beans
2 cans
2 cans Diced Tomatoes
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoon Onion Powder
Extra virgin olive oil
2 cups
2 cups Water
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
2 cans
2 cans Garbanzo Beans
5 cups
5 cups Chopped Walnuts (soaked overnight in water)
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoon Dried Basil
5 cups
5 cups Vegetable broth
Sea Salt
Chop 5 cups of soaked walnuts

Sauté 2 cups onion and bell pepper mix

2 cans diced tomatoes

Add 5 cups vegetable stock and chopped soaked walnuts

Add spices and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Cook for 20 mins.

Add 2 cans each of Red Beans, Black Beans, and Chickpeas. Cook for 1 hour.

Remove from heat. Rest for 20 minutes.
