What you’ll need

Head of Cauliflower
1 tablespoon
Seasoning Salt
1/2 Cup Water
Cooking Oil
1 1/2 cups
Self Rising Flour
1 tablespoon
Garlic Powder
3 tablespoons
Ground flax seeds
Buffalo Sauce
1 tablespoon
Onion Powder
1 1/2 cups
Almond Milk
Barbecue Sauce
Cut cauliflower into medium sized pieces

Combine almond milk, water, and ground flaxseed. Mix and let rest for at least two minutes

Add cauliflower to wet mixture. Coat and allow to soak for at least 5 minutes.

In a zip lock bag, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning.

Coat wet pieces in flour

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

Cook for 5 mins on each side or until golden brown.

Remove from grease and allow wings to rest for 1 minute.

Place wings on a greased cookie sheet. Cover with your favorite sauce.

Bake for 5-10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
