In the cake pan add a cup of sugar in a medium heat and let the color changes

When the color start to change keep stirring and let all the sugar pieces melt (light browned)

In the mixture add the eggs, salt, sugar, pineapple juice and oil

Add vanilla and mix it for 5 minutes , or until become fluffy white mixture

Place the pineapple in the pan ( the caramel will be soiled) you can add cherry , nuts or nothing

Add the mixture in a big bowl then shift the flour and the baking powder

Now mix it together , just to let the flour completely mixed then stop

Ready to pour it in the top of the pineapple pan

Bake at 350f for 25 / 30 minutes use the toothpick check ( depends on the pan’s size)

I couldn’t wait, but cut it when it’s completely cool
