What you’ll need
20% Fat Beef Mince
Mild Cheddar Slices
Ground Black Pepper
Slice onions and tomatoes. Shape the burger patties.
Season patties with salt and pepper. Dress with rapeseed oil.
Place patties and onions on the piping hot grill. Cook for 10-15 mins. Flip half-way cooking time.
Add cheese on burgers until melted. Toast buns then assemble with rest of ingredients.
