How toToffee Walnut Cookies

Mix 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1 egg and 1 yolk, and 1 tsp vanilla

Add 2 cups flour, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt through a sieve

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a spatula to form the cookie dough

Fold in 1 cup Skor toffee bits & 1 cup chopped walnuts. Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 30 min

Scoop 1 to 1.5 tbsp cookie dough and form into balls

Place cookies 1-2 inches apart on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350F for 12-14 minutes

Place cookies on cooling rack to cool for 10-15 minutes then store in air tight container
