Add warm milk and water, yeast, and sugar.

Add egg, oil, and salt to a bowl, then whisk until well combined.

Add egg mixture then flour, and stir.

Knead 5-7 minutes until it's soft and springs back. Cover with a towel and let rise 45 minutes.

Weigh out 2 ounces (divide into 15 pieces). Roll into ball and pull to make a smooth top.

Place all into a greased 9x13 pan and cover with a towel. Let rise 25 minutes.

Once risen, remove the towel and bake in a 375 degree oven 17-19 minutes, until golden brown.

Melt butter and brush over hot rolls. Let absorb 5 minutes, then separate and serve.
