What you’ll need
Lemongrass
4 Cans Coconut Milk
4 Fresh Squeezed Limes
4 Teaspoons of Curry Powder
4 cups of Chicken broth
1 Lb Frozen Shrimp
3 Tbsp Of Garlic Minced
1/4 Teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper
3 Big Bulb Green Onions
2 Tbsp of Fish sauce
1/4 Cup of Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 Tsp Of Grated Ginger
3 Tsp of Coconut Cream
1 Cup of Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms
1 Tbsp of Vegetable oil
2 Pinches of Splenda brown sugar
Slice the Shiitake mushrooms

Chop the cilantro

Chop lemongrass

Mince your lemon grass in a chopper

Chop your bulb onions

Cook oil, ginger lemongrass, red pepper, garlic, curry and broth

Add fish sauce, Splenda brown sugar, coconut cream & coconut milk

Add onions & mushrooms stir till soft

Add shrimp and stir till cooked
