What you’ll need
3-1/2 cups
Confectioners Sugar
1-1/2 tsp
Lemon Emulsion
1-1/2 tsp
Pure Vanilla Extract
2 at room temperature
Egg Whites
1/8 tsp
Cream of Tartar
Add confectioners sugar and cream of tartar to a bowl and mix.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

Add you sugar mixture a little at a time

Then add your vanilla and lemon

Mix until it’s a good consistency to pipe or spread.

Keep covered until use because it gets hard rather quickly

Add a little water and stir if it’s too stiff.
