How toTamarind & Turmeric Cold/Flu Remedy

What you’ll need
16 oz
Tamarind Paste

Cinnamon Stick
To taste. No more than 4 Tbsp!
Organic Agave Nectar (optional)
2-3 TBSP
Turmeric
1-2 tea bags
Echinacea Tea w/ Elderberry
Pinch
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1 Tbsp
Ginger
To Taste - No more than 4 Tbsp!
Organic Raw Honey (optional)
1-3 cups
Alkaline Water
Combine all ingredients, except the honey or agave and tea bags, into a pot on medium heat.

Cook until Tamarind paste becomes soft. Stir frequently. Tip* I use a potato masher to help!

Simmer for 20 minutes. Stir frequently. Do not let it burn. Add more water if necessary 😊

Cool, strain, and store in a air tight container. Keep in fridge for up to 3 months.

Take a spoonful a day to keep the cold/flu & sinus away!
