What you’ll need
3/4 cup
Ketchup
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
32 oz (16oz for another recipe)
Ground Beef
Grape Tomatoes
15 oz can
Kidney Beans
1/2 cup
Sugar
1/4 cup
White Vinegar
1-1oz package
Taco Seasoning
Lettuce (of Choice)
8 oz
White Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1/8 cup
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Optional: Hot Sauce
1/2 cup
Water
4 stems
Green Onions
1 cup
Doritos, Crushed
Combine dressing ingredients. Blend. Put in fridge.

Sauté 32 oz ground beef in a large skillet, breaking up the meat into small pieces.

Remove half of the ground beef and store in fridge for use later this week.

Stir taco seasoning and water into the remaining ground beef. Simmer until water is absorbed. Cool.

Chop your lettuce, place in bowl. Chop grape tomatoes and green onions, set aside.

Top lettuce with cooled meat, kidney beans, tomatoes, cheese, Doritos, & green onions.
