Let Cool & Scoop the Insides Into the Bowl of a Stand Mixer.

Add the Melted Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla & a Splash of Half & Half.

Mix Until Light & Fluffy!

Butter a Large Baking Dish and Add Your Sweet Potato Mixture.

Roughly Chop the Pecans & Add the Brown Sugar, Melted Butter, Flour, & Cinnamon to the Bowl. Mix.
