Sweet and salty chocolate treats

Pretzels
Pink Himalayan Salt
This will work with dark, milk, or white chocolate, so pick your favorite 🍫

If using a bar, chop it up into small pieces

Bring a pot of shallow water to the boil, then reduce to simmer

Add your chocolate to a bowl over the simmering pot

Be patient for a few minutes and watch your chocolate melt from this...

Then dunk your pretzels in, coating them in the chocolate sauce

Set them out on a baking tray and pop in the fridge for 10 minutes

With the rest of the chocolate, pour into a slab on a piece of wax paper

Smooth out the surface with the back of a spoon

Sprinkle some salt on top (I used pink Himalayan but any good salt will do) and cool for 25 minutes
