What you’ll need
Butternut squash
Great Northern Beans
Cumin
1 bunch of Lacinato kale
Red Bell Pepper
A Range Of Spices
Red Onion
curry powder
Eggs
Add a tbsp ghee to your skillet! Add your chopped butternut squash to the pan.

Add some spices of your choosing to the squash. Curry powder, chili powder, & cumin are great!

Add your red onion & red bell pepper to the mixture! Cook for a few minutes over medium heat.

Once onions are caremlized, add your kale and beans (fiber peeps!) Mix well and cook for 3-5 min.

Last but not least! Add your fried egg on top and wala my friends! Season with S&P to taste!
