Wash and cut ribs to desired size. Place contents of the McCormick seasoning rub in a wide plate.

Place rib in seasoning and rub it in the meat. Place rib meaty side up in deep glass baking dish.

Cover dish and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or a day to marinate

Take meat from the fridge. Cover with aluminum foil. And bake at 300 for 2 1/2 hours.
