Rolled Oats
1 TB
Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup
chopped walnuts

Banana
1 TB
Chia Seeds
1 cup
Fresh Strawberries
2 TB
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Chopped your strawberries

Mash the bananas in a bowl

Add the strawberries to the same bowl. Mix well

Add the oats

Add vainilla essence, walnuts, and chia seeds “egg.” Mix well

Add shredded coconut

Form 12 cookies. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350F (180C)
