Start removing the inside parts to prepare it for stuffing, you can remove a lot or half as you like

Here is the difference between removing a lot or little bit,I like to keep some fibers in the squash

Save the inside parts for a healthy dish I am going to make it later,keep it in the refrigerator

Start shaping the top part to close the squash after stuffing,or you can use cut tomato

In the pan add 2 tbsp of oil,then add the onion until they are stoften

Add the ground beef , stir it little bit and let the color change

Add salt, turmeric and black pepper and stir until all combine

Wash them and put them upside down,for stuffing:rice,beef mix,tomato,salt, parsley,pepper, turmeric

Let’s start stuffing,leave an inch free, so the rice can easily be fully cooked without exploding

place them in a big pot add salt,tomato sauce and hot water 1 inch more,cover it with smaller led

When it’s start boiling low the heat and let it cook for an hour or until squash and rice is cooked
