How toStuffed Shells & Homemade Creamy Tomato Sauce

What you’ll need
Jumbo Shells, Canned Tomatoes, Frozen Spinach, Ricotta Cheese, Heavy Cream, Onion, Garlic, Fresh Basil
Open 1 can of San Marzano tomatoes

Olive oil, onions & lots of garlic

Add red chili flakes, oregano, and 21 seasoning salute

Mash up tomatoes in a large bowl, add to your saucepan, and toss in fresh basil

Add fresh rosemary - Season with salt & pepper

Add ricotta, frozen spinach (squeeze all moisture out before) & scoop of pesto

Mix!

Add a sprinkle of mozzarella & parmesan. Crack 1 egg

Mix well!

Add 1/3 cup heavy cream

Stuff your shells!!

Top with remaining sauce, lots of cheese, and fresh basil

Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes and ENJOY!
