1lb of Ground Chicken
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp
Turmeric
6 tbsp
Cumin

Garlic
First we are going to remove this part for easy boiling,then add a tbsp of cumin in a boiling water

Keep stirring the Cabbage and start remove each layer, the water will tender them for easy removing

Let's cut them for stuffing and wrapping,remove the hard part and have them in a medium size

And here is my whole Cabbage

In a pan add 1 tbsp of ghee, onion and chicken (you can make it with a ground beef instead)

Now add salt,black pepper, turmeric and 2 tbsp of cumin

The presoaked rice,minced garlic,chicken mix , salt ,black pepper,tbsp of ghee and 2 tbsp of cumin

Now let's wrap them

To cook it add salt,1 tbsp of cumin and water until reaching the top of the lid

When start boiling low the heat all the way and let it cook for an hour until the water reduced

Turn off the heat and add some lemon juice . Now ready
