Rub spice blend all over the pork on all sides

Wrap ribs in foil packets and place on 2 separate baking sheets

Place in 350F oven for 2 hours. Rotating trays midway through

After 2 hours your ribs will look like this. Wiggle the bones and they should be lose

Grill ribs on each side for 4-5 mins until charred. Adding a thin layer of sauce.
