The flier lifts inside leg up and base brings hand across the bottom of fliers foot and under thigh.

In tempo, flier is lifted up and standing leg swings to straddle the bases opposite shoulder.

Base places bottom hand on fliers foot and that drives the lift. Opposite hand goes on upper thigh.

Flier holds strong shape and places one hand on bases shoulder. Once lifted, create half moon pose

Base guides flier into final shape. Movement can be performed in tempo or in two pieces.
