What you’ll need
500 Gm
Chicken
2 Tbsp
Ginger garlic paste
3 pieces chillies and 2 medium size onions
Green Chilies and Onions
200 Ml
Curd
Wash chicken properly.. it took 500 Gm here

200 ml of curd(yoghurt)

Add 1/2 tbsp of turmeric, 2 tbsp of chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp of black pepper powder

Mix all of them well and let that set for 1 Hr.

Take three green chips and 2 medium size onions.. chopped them.. onion should be slice chop

Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil.. here i used groundnut oil.. you can use oil of any of your choice

Fry green chillies and sliced onions till they become light brown as shown in d next slide

They are fried.. now add marinated chicken to this

Chicken added in the fried onions and green chilies..

Mix them gently.. as shown in the above image

Cook this mixed marinated chicken for 5 mins in high flame and gently keep mixing it..

Now close it with a lid and cook it for 15-20 Mins. In medium flame

After 15 mins of cooking.. i added 2 tbsp of chilly powder again as i like chicken to be spicy one..

After adding check chicken.. it is almost cooked and now am going to cook it for another 5 mins..

Now i have added a 1/2 tbsp of ch masala pwdr.which is optional and salt to your taste and cook it

See now Curry is cooked properly, leaving a layer of oil above d curry is d indication.. set it now.

Finally i have taken it to serving bowl. u can have it with Rice/Roti/Dosa/Idly/Puttu,it is yummies😘
