Use a sharp knife to cut squash in half. (If needed, microwave for 3 minutes to soften)
Use a utensil or your hands to remove the seeds from the squash. (Seeds can be saved and roasted!)
Add 2 tbsp water to a plate. Add squash and microwave on high for 10 minutes and allow to cool 5 min
Use a fork to shred squash into spaghetti. (If skin remains hot use a paper towel!)
Enjoy with your favorite spaghetti toppings as a low carb alternative to pasta!
