spaghetti squash bolognese
7 steps
roast squash cut side down in 1/2 inch of water - 350° for 40 minutes

sauté garlic, canned tomato, tomato paste & ground turkey

use a fork to shred noodles out of the squash

combine noodles with bolognese & parmesan

add back to squash

top with plant based ricotta & sundried tomato - into the oven at 350° for 30minutes

serve with fresh basil and evoo drizzle
