Spaghetti and Meatballs in marinara sauce. These are “WOW”-inducing meatballs, tender and juicy!

Take 500 gm of beef mince medium fat

Add 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Add 1 beaten egg, 1tsp garlic and 1/2 tsp pepper in it

Mix well all the ingredients until combined

Shape mixture in to small round balls

The mixture yields roughly 30 balls. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours so that they hold their shape

In a frying pan, heat oil on medium heat and gently add meat balls

Brown them on all sides until brown and cooked. You can also bake or airfry them.
