Add your yeast packet and 2 cups lukewarm water to large mixing bowl. Combine.

Add one cup flour and 1/2 tbsp salt. Combine.

Add your chopped and whole marinated olives, garlic and dried herbs.

Continue to add 3 and 1/4 cup flour gradually to your mixture until a soft dough forms.

Grease your skillet with olive oil. Press dough into pan. Drizzle olive oil & add a few more olives

Preheat oven to (375 for altitude) 400. Score the top of the loaf with a knife. Bake for 30-35 min.

Spread with butter, olive oil & Parmesan, or more olive tapenade! I’m making a grilled cheese!
