Prepare your veggies ( I am using frozen ones) shrimp fully cooked

Blend the jalapeño, tomato , spices , olive oil and 1/3 cup of water

Then add it to the shrimp 🍤

Mix it well then add it to the veggies, and the tomato slices

Cover it with the foil , bake it at 400 f for 15 minutes

Then switch to the broiler until golden brown

Serve it with rice or salad 🥗
