First cut the chicken in small cubes

Add the spices to the chicken

Then mix them well and move it to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour

Let’s make the rice , add the oil then the rice wait until the rice turns to golden color

Here we go,add 3 cups of water then salt,black pepper and turmeric,cover it in a high heat

When it starts boiling low the heat all the way

In a grill pan add the oil then chicken , grill them in a high heat until the color changes

Keep stirring so they can equally cook

Now cover it and low the heat to medium and let it cook through

Once the rice’s water dries up it will be ready and fully cooked

Cup the tortillas into cubes,you can use a white flour or even pita bread

Then fry it or bake it until golden brown

And ready add some salt to it

And now the chicken is ready

Fry some almonds for garnish

Now the fun part ( bread+rice+chicken)

Add the almonds and the best thing is the garlic sauce, you can even add ranch to it
