Cut out lip shape on your cotton fabric
1. Cut out lip shape on your cotton fabric

Cut out same size lip shape with satin fabric. Pin fabrics with right sides facing each other

Sew 1/2 inch around edge of pillow. Leave a seam opening about 5 inches

Clip around all the edges close to seam.

Draw a chalk line to separate bottom & top of lip. Sew on top of that line as a guide
