What you’ll need
Carrot, cabbage, beef, red & white onions, pepper and okra.
Beef Joloff Rice / Tiebou Yapp
1 pound beef. Seasoning: garlic, black pepper and salt. Marinate for 10min

Slice 1: onions (red & white), Bell pepper and bonnet scotch pepper

Fry meat in hot oil for 5min, add onions and pepper. Cover and let cook for 15min on medium heat.

Add: carrot and cabbage to pot. Cover and let cook for 10min

Dish carrot and cabbage from boiling gravy.Add 1 1/2 cup water to gravy, bring to boil and add Rice.
