Palm Oil, 3 Tbsp
Okra, 700g
Crab Claws, 10 Pieces
Catfish, 2 pieces

King Prawns, 10 Pieces
Salt, to taste
Maggi, to taste
Ground Crayfish, to taste
Scotch Bonnet, to taste
Mussels, 10 Pieces
First boil the seafood for ~12 minutes on high heat. I added a little bit of water & some seasoning.

Heat the palm oil in a frying pan

Chop the okra and add it to the oil

Fry the okra for ~2 minutes on medium heat.

Add the seafood broth. I add my liquid in slowly to get the right consistency.

Add water (enough to get the consistency of okra you like). I like mine a bit thick.

Add the ground crayfish

Add scotch bonnet chill, stir thoroughly.

Add the seafood

Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
