What you’ll need
14 Oz Sugar
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt (or More To Taste)
4 Oz Water
8 Oz Heavy Cream
6 Oz Unsalted Butter
Bring sugar and water to a boil over medium-high heat. Heat until 350F or deep golden brown.
Remove from heat and add butter in chunks while whisking constantly.
Add cream slowly and whisk until fully combined. Add salt to taste and allow to come to room temp.
Refrigerate and use on icecream, cake or by the spoonful!
