Add a cup of water,then cover it with parchment paper and Aluminum foil

To a preheated oven at 400f for 30m then 300f for 1 hour or until chicken is fully cooked

Here we go, remove the foil and paper to give it a browned color

While you prepare the rice and salad,reapply the juices and recover it for a soft,flavorful meat
